Delivered entirely in person over four days following our robust health and safety practices, the in-person TM Course is perfect for those who favour more personal interaction with our Transcendental Meditation teachers and course participants. A recommended learning arrangement removed from the buzz of the home or the office.

With the in-person + at home TM Course, you get the first day of in-person instruction followed by three consecutive days of learning with the TM App and online sessions with your teacher. Designed for those who prefer a more flexible course schedule and self-paced learning, this learning option also requires the commitment of four consecutive days.
