Transcendental Meditation offers an enriching experience for couples to connect with each other and grow together with a shared meditation practice. Enjoy the transformative Transcendental Meditation course side-by-side, and support one another as you build a meditation practice, together.

We offer several learning options for families with younger children ages 10-16. You have the flexibility to learn together as a family or enroll your kids in a TM Course specifically delivered with children in mind. Attend a Discovery Workshop to learn more about family-friendly courses, and discuss specific recommendations for your family with our Certified Teachers.
