What is Transcendental Meditation
Transcendental Meditation is a simple, natural, and effortless technique practiced 20 minutes twice each day while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. The TM technique is easy to learn and enjoyable to practice. Over five million people have learned it— people of all ages, cultures, and religions.
The TM technique allows your mind to easily settle inward, through quieter levels of thought, until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness.
The Success Without Stress Mission
Success Without Stress is a student community of meditators striving towards the development of inner peace, confidence, and cognitive advantages through the practice of Transcendental Meditation. Our purpose is to create a network of students with these shared goals.
