Introductory Talks

This is the first step in learning Transcendental Meditation. Your local teachers, Deboragh Varnel and William Ayling, will explain how learning this simple technique may benefit you personally, how it differs from other practices and the structure of the course itself. There will also be ample opportunity to have your questions answered.To attend a talk or simply have a chat, either contact us or call 778-773-0233.

We have Introductory Talks held service the Lower mainland, including Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack. Please inquire for dates and locations.

Introductory talks are free of charge. You can learn everything you need to know in order to make a confident and informed decision whether or not to start the practice.

An effortless technique

Personal experience on day of learning TM:
